The practice centers people living with HIV, sex workers, people needing gender affirming care, and disabled folks. Simon provides specialty primary care in these areas and wants to ensure people in these groups have access to inclusive primary care.
We are only in-network with Regence or Premera insurance. We do have a self-pay option if needed, and can help with out-of-network reimbursement. More information on insurance and billing can be found here.

Your first visit will be in person. After that, the option to use telehealth may be available for some types of visits. For all telehealth visits you must be located in the state of Washington at the time of the visit. Telehealth is not always feasible for a variety of reasons. Additional in-person visits may be required at times.
